Bought my first wheelchair from EBOR . It was delivered to London and i was fully shown how to use. I've just moved to West coast and Ebor came all that way to bring another chair ( as my weight was going up and needed a chair suitable for my size). I won't use any other company. The company is such a breath of fresh air and goes that extra mile, literally, and always does there best to make sure everything is correct for you. Your safe in the knowledge that if you have a problem, they will do their upmost to help. Excellent service. Thanks Andy !"

"First let me say that I am not connected to either Ebor Mobility or any of the staff.
Working as you do in an industry which is full of people ready to wring every penny out of some of the most vulnerable people in Society, it was refreshing to find out that not only would Andy Todd go out of his way ( literally hundreds of miles round trip) to help me out, but that he would also help me if and when something went wrong.
Not being the manufacturer it is impossible to control everything BUT what you can control is the way you react to a problem when it arises! I used to be in business myself and I strongly believe Ebor have the same motto that I did " promise what you will deliver, then, deliver what you promised!"
When I asked for advice... I got it and when I asked for a scooter to fit the criteria requested on a budget... I got it. I was promised a delivery... I got it. And when I reported a fault and requested help... I got it!! I cannot speak highly enough of Andy and the team at Ebor.
I have had NO broken promises and I have had NO problem getting hold of someone when I needed them. I only spent £600 but I feel like I was treated like the best customer they had and that to me is priceless... So I am more than happy to recommend Ebor Mobility and I wish them every success as this industry can only be improved by people like them. My advice would be to give them a call, especially Andy Todd, or drop him a message on Facebook and I guarantee if my experience is anything to go by you will not be disappointed. "
