Delivery and repairs

We’re pleased to say we are able to offer contactless Deliveries and Repairs of your products.

By utilising remote Diagnosis methods ,we can reduce contact to the absolute minimum.

Our Showroom is regularly sanitised and 80% Alcohol Hand Gel Stations are spread throughout the Building. Please ensure that you wear a face covering where possible and if you need one, we can give one to you FREE of charge.

When delivering your items, our team will be wearing personal protective equipment (PPE), including visors, masks, gloves where necessary.

As reassurance that you are in safe hands your delivery team will always:
Sanitise their hands before entering your home.
Wear the appropriate personal protection provided.
Maintain a 2 metre distance from you and anyone in your household; as advised by the Government (where possible).
Ensure there is no physical contact between you and them.
Adjust how they do things to suit you; please just let them know if there is anything additional they can do to make you feel comfortable with the service provided.

At Ebor Mobility have a 100% wellness measure in place; ensuring that if any of our colleagues experience any symptoms, they are isolating in-line with Government advice.
